Paleo Crab Cake Recipe

Prep-time: 20 min

Cook time: 15 min

Makes about 10-12 Crab Cakes

Ingredients:
3 cans lump crab meat
1 small sweet potato (peeled and shredded)
2 eggs
4 cloves garlic (diced)
1/2 sweet onion (diced)
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp Worcester sauce
1 tsp Frank’s Hot Sauce
1 tsp Adobo seasoning
1/2 tsp dry mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic salt to taste
Grass fed butter to fry in

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. (I just throw it all in my stand mixer and turn it on for a minute or so)

Melt a couple tbsp butter in pan and place 1″ thick by about 3″ wide crab cakes into pan.

Fry on medium until each side is golden and crispy.

Add more butter to pan if they start sticking. Enjoy!
