When we set out to create the Superhuman30 guide, our main goal was to answer the WHAT of Paleo dieting. We wanted to tell you WHAT foods to eat, WHAT foods to avoid, WHAT to shop for, and WHAT to cook. In our effort to answer the WHAT, and make the guide as simple and easy to read as possible, we had to leave out some of the WHY.
Our hope for you over the next 30 days is that you not only enjoy the dramatic changes that occur within your body, but for you to gain a better understanding of WHY these things are happening.
The good news is, finding these answers does not require too much effort. There are a ton of great Paleo resources out there that will help you better understand the changes that your body is going through. We recommend picking out at least one book from the list below and adding it to your list of goals to accomplish for the rest of the challenge.
We thank everyone who is posting to the Facebook group with their recipes and food experiences/experiments. Maybe one day all of our Superhumans can put out our own Paleo Cookbook.
Here are some of our favorites…

These books don’t use the coined term Paleo or Primal but they are incredibly interesting and WILL make you realize HOW the Paleo diet is so effective. We highly recommend reading at least one of these books.
